Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Promihill. We value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible. 


  1. A confirmation email will be sent to you (the email that used to place the order) once the order is authorized and verified.
  2. We will be preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.


  1. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays.
  2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the processing time may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for that.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at, and we will check the situation with the transportation company on time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Please note that these delivery times may be affected by natural conditions such as holidays and weather, and may also be delayed due to customs authorities in your country; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.

Order Cancellations:

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase(email at If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund all of your money.

Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
